Moneé Sanders born and raised on the south-side of Chicago, Illinois. She is Alopecian Beauty Co Chief Executive Officer, Board Member - President and Founder. 

Moneé oversees operations, global marketing, major corporate decisions, medical or beauty resources and sponsorship approvals, while also managing the 501(c)(3) organization global learning and philanthropic arm.

Moneé is the first black woman in history to become founder of a nonprofit corporation regarding autoimmune diseases at age nineteen!

She envisioned this dream as young as the age eight, starting to hand craft custom wigs at thirteen years old.

Everything about ElizabethMarie (which is her middle name) carries the stamp of one exceptional human being: Monee Sanders. Moneé also is the founder of E.M, she’s a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, whose enduring philanthropy has left a mark that goes far beyond wig making.

A woman of profound utopianism, Moneé Sanders devoted her life to her company. She made products that people could rely on, educated the community on health awareness, and have taken giant steps to shape the world we live in. Moneé helps many people see the positive outlook on life and to always strive to achieve their dreams.

Over the years, product making represented far more than a business: in striving for perfectionism, she wanted to change people’s mental capacity, provide new resources and to share with the world there’s luxury in diversity.

Shantel Carter is currently a real estate investor. she started investing in 2019, and now owns 13 properties. 

Ms. Carter migrated from Jamaica when she was 15 years old to create a better life for herself and her family. She's a proud graduate of Thornwood High School. Shantel was inspired to pursue real estate when she first became homeless a few years ago, so that inspired her to start doing her research on real estate. 

Shantel started reaching out to wholesalers and doing tax-deal sales. A few years later, Ms. Carter is now the owner and founder of Strategic Wealth Creations LLC.

Cherri Dallas has over 20 years in the Real Estate, Coaching and wellness industry; empowering others to thrive.  Her niche and target are consumers who would benefit from her workshop that focus on strengthening the mind.  Ms. Dallas help clients by educating them on the importance of being intentional on what think and focused on. 

By offering techniques to change what you see so that you change how you see it.  Noted as a professional in the industry, Ms. Dallas continues to strive towards her Mantra "Be the change you want to see in others" Ghandi.  Ms. Dallas travels as a speaker and author inspiring others with her testimony and transparency.  She reminds us all to love the person in the mirror and remember to not leave this earth with your story not being told.
